A wayside prayer-cross, erected around 1500 where three medieval roads met. The 3m-high cross has plait work and foliage on both faces. The cross-head is decorated with two animals (east side) and the crucifixion scene (west side). An armed horseman at the foot may depict the MacLean chief who commissioned it. |
